Our firm’s purpose is to champion the rights of those who have been injured by corporate misconduct, fraud, and the negligence of others. At Axler Goldich, we believe that companies owe a responsibility to the public and we fight for the rights of those most vulnerable. We put our clients first and our primary agenda is righting wrongs on their behalf. Our legal team possesses a wide range of industry knowledge in each of our many practice areas and we use our experience to obtain the best results possible for our clients. Axler Goldich operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning the victims we represent pay nothing unless we obtain a recovery for them.
Axler Goldich is committed to giving back to the local community. Our lawyers exhibit stewardship in many ways including serving as board members, serving in leadership roles, and/or providing support for various non-profit organizations, including but not limited to:
The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians connects newly-arrived individuals from around the world with economic opportunities. Their mission is to serve as a centralized employment and referral center for the region’s growing immigrant community and to promote immigrant participation in the area’s political, social, and economic life. The Center believes immigrants can strengthen the productivity, profitability, and stability of the region, and contribute to Pennsylvania’s economic growth, especially at a time when the workforce is aging and young, qualified, and educated workers are becoming scarce.
Elmwood Park Zoo was established in 1924 by the Borough of Norristown. The zoo was operated by the Borough until ownership was transferred to the Norristown Zoological Society, a non-profit organization established in 1965. Under the Society’s careful management, Elmwood Park Zoo has attained the elite status as one of only 225 institutions accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Elmwood Park Zoo’s mission is to foster an appreciation of wildlife and their habitat that will promote active participation in conservation. The Zoo advances this mission through its animal exhibits, education programs and community outreach activities.
The Raab / Goodwin Holocaust Museum & Goodwin Education Center mission is to teach people about the past and to educate them for the future through the painful lessons of the Holocaust. Its objective is to reduce prejudice and lessen hatred, bigotry, bullying, and violence against all groups.
